Your Instructor

Dr. Clay Phillips is an organizational culture, soft skills, and mediation expert with more than 20 years of experience helping others develop stronger, more effective interpersonal skills. In his career he has trained thousands of individuals in a variety of professional settings - all to compliment, develop, and train the best skills for effectively working and getting along with others. As a mediator he has mediating hundreds of court cases ranging from employment disputes, to personal injury, to product liability, to wrongful death, and highly contentious divorce and post-divorce disputes with great success. Dr. Phillips believes in people... he believes in the good nature of people and our desire to learn and improve our lives. His many years of experience as a mediator has taught him that the vast majority of people fall in this category, while very few do not.
